## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责信用卡贷后指标体系及报表体系建设；
- 结合实际业务开展情况、指标数据等进行统计分析，制定贷后业务方案及策略，并推动落地，促进风险指标达成；
- 负责贷后政策及工具的合规使用，例如减免、分期政策等，以促进贷后业务效能最大化；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、统计、数学、计算机专业优先；
- 熟悉常用的数据分析方法、能熟练使用数据分析工具，如Hive、SQL、SAS等；
- 具备较强的责任心和执行力，清晰的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，较强的表达能力，具备较强的承压能力。
