## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动和落实区域的市场布局和规划，完成所负责地域的市场开拓，确保达成业务目标；
- 完成所负责地域的客户关系维护工作，并提供多样化的产品组合满足客户需求；
- 在对市场深入研究的前提下不断发现新的金融业务和产品机会并配套完成项目操作；
- 对区域内的存量资产安全负主要责任，配合客服和资产人员做好客户关系维护活动。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历（金融、财会、经济、医疗卫生专业优先）；
- 融资租赁或银行业务岗位从业经验优先，优秀的应届硕士毕业生亦考虑；
- 了解业务领域的市场现状、发展趋势等；
- 良好的行业认知能力和金融知识；
- 良好的市场行为能力和客户开拓能力；
- 良好的信息收集能力及问题分析能力，有较强的项目管理、推动和组织能力；
- 具备一定的财务知识基础，风险意识强；
- 责任心强，诚实守信、自我管理能力强。
