## Job description

岗位职责
- 服务于公司VIP客户及部分高净值客户，为客户提供全方位综合金融财务规划，并维护好关系，做好客户的“私人财富顾问”；开拓区域外客户，进行保险产品销售等；
- 以客户需求为出发点，帮助客户进行产品选择、产品组合和资产配置，帮助客户规避健康、财务风险；
- 依托整个集团资源，为客户提供家门口全场景的金融需求解决方案；
- 负责所辖组的日常管理及组织相关会议工作；
- 辅导所辖组的专员，提升组各项综合指标；
- 对所辖组的专员的服务续收销售行为进行管理和监督；
- 监督和管控服务销售品质，合理分配公司提供的信息和资源；
- 维护小组编制人力，适时进行增员；
- 协助所在部经理完成部的日常管理工作，传达和执行公司各项工作要求，贯彻落实公司各项规章制度。
- 接受公司系统的培训学习，通过专业知识技能学习，不断提升自身管理能力，独立完成组织内专员管理； 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、认同平安文化 3、5年及以上工作经验，销售管理经验1年以上，能熟练运用互联网工具； 4、团队人力10人及以上，团队人均收入达社平 5、无不良嗜好，无违法犯罪记录，不属于保险行业协会不准录用的黑名单人员范围 6、丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动； 7、保险行业主管、部经理等优先；
