## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 统筹引导并监督支行各人员的日常工作和考勒管理；
- 带领团队成员完成业务发展目标，维持支行成员稳定性，搭建快速可持续发展平台；
- 协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规和风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格
- 本科（学位证）及以上学历，从事金融工作4年以上或从事经济工作8年以上，金融／销售／团队管理从业经验3年及以上；
- 持AFP、CFP等证书者优先，有运营主管、综拓团队、零售业务管理经验者优先；
- 抗压力强，业务敏感性强，有较强的沟通影响力和领导力；
- 符合监管任职要求，无经商办企业或兼职行为，符合亲属回避要求。
