## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责部门管理工作，贯彻落实总、分行零售业务相关政策；
- 组织落实部门业务经营计划，推动零售业务绩效激励目标的实现；
- 组织实施部门零售产品营销计划，持续提升产品销售绩效。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，年龄35岁以下；
- 具备3年以上金融行业工作经验，具有一定的市场营销能力和业务拓展技巧，熟悉当地经济、金融市场环境，具备一定的客户资源和良好的社会关系；
- 特别优秀者条件可适当放宽。
