## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责委托办理的收付业务，TMS系统内相关业务的处理，网银卡日常维护与保管，票据开立与管理，收据复核等相关事项
- 按操作流程，独立处理分配的各类问题件，并对所处理的问题件做到跟踪和及时反馈的义务，保证问题件得到及时有效的解决，对相关工作进行统筹管理、跟进；
- 对日常发生的各类问题必须有敏锐的判断，遇到重大问题需要及时上报，并做相关备案记录；
- 定期汇总发生的问题，对问题做汇总分析报告并及时共享，根据日常发生的问题对系统提出优化需求，使系统能够持续有效的改善从而更好的符合作业需求；
- 协调好与银行以及IT等相关职能单位的关系；
- 完成部门/小组内安排的其他工作，执行部门/小组内的统一的工作安排； 任职资格 1.财经类相关专业，有3-5年资金运营岗工作经验，
