岗位职责

### 团队成员招募
- 主动拓展保险或金融等强销售属性行业的销售能手，组建你的团队

### 团队成员管理
- 负责下辖组内星海顾问的管理、培训、辅导等;

### 团队业务平台运作
- 承接总、分公司相关政策，制定团队业务计划，并推动计划达成；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队星海顾问紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 拥有保险业及金融业等工作经验优先；
- 本科及以上学历优先，有金融行业销售经验及管理经验优先；

### 专业技能
- 丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动，善于沟通协作，执行力强，且具有较强的管理能力；
- 责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
