## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责达成团队的KPI考核指标；
- 根据的业务规划与目标，承担营销管理职责，负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 组织所辖团队成员合规、有序地开展各项工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。 2.3年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务； 3.丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 4.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
