## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据客服中心业务发展状况，制定培训计划及方案； 组织开发培训课程及编写培训材料，并在内部讲授各项业务知识
- 做好新员工的的岗位技能培训，并跟踪和分析培训效果，提升培训质量； 负责已入职员工针对性培训，有效提升员工岗位技能；
- 分析总结培训工作，对培训效果进行阶段性评估，并制定相关解决方案； 负责客服中心后备人才培养计划的制定与实施； 任职资格 1.本科级别以上学历，有学位证 2.1-3年相关工作经验
