## Job description

岗位职责
- 理解部门业务，完善现有人事流程及系统风险监测、风险管理制度等；
- 根据作业要求，通过质检、数据分析获取人事系统异常数据，并定期给出质检结果；
- 针对部门各业务存在的已知及潜在的用工风险/异常数据，做兜底处理及问题梳理，并提出改善建议；
- 积极配合领导下发的其他工作 任职资格
- 一年以上人力资源及相关领域的工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
- 熟练应用Excel等办公软件，有较强的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，思考问题具备全局性和预见性；
- 有敏锐的风险意识，有较强的问题分析与解决能力。
