## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行行长制定并实施零售业务发展计划;
- 推动零售产品的销售及客户开发;
- 管理并指导零售业务团队完成销售目标;
- 参与重点客户营销，发展重点客户;
- 协助管理本支行各项日常事务，协助培养关键人才等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有3年以上金融工作经验；
- 熟悉金融知识及相关政策，熟悉银行相关规章制度，了解本地区市场情况；
- 富有较强的工作责任心、团队协作精神和风险合规意识等。
