## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团险或非车产品的核保支持工作，审核保单并提出核保意见;
- 协助销售团队处理客户咨询，提供核保技术支持;
- 参与销售支持流程优化，提升核保效率和客户满意度;
- 与相关部门协作，确保核保政策与销售策略一致; 任职资格
- 学历本科及以上；

### 专业
- 须为精算数据、新能源、农学、法学等转型专业；
- 具备核保相关工作经验，熟悉团险或非车产品核保规则；
- 具备团险或非车产品支持经验，熟悉销售支持流程；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与销售团队有效协作。
