## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务分部管理

规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成，并对各项业务指标的达成负责，对业务经理队伍进行辅导及日常管理； 2．产品支持：统筹协调复杂类产品、大项目中产品方、渠道方各类人员、资源支持； 3．渠道关系维护：负责所辖业务分部的寿险渠道关系维护； 4．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上大型人身险公司的渠道销售经验； 3.抗压能力及目标感强，有至少1年团队管理经验；
