## Job description

岗位职责
- 对所负责的系统或者功能模块，进行功能规划、需求设计、需求跟进上线、功能上线后运营闭环管理。
- 持续跟进系统应用场景及用户体验反馈，持续迭代优化。
- 项目管理，对接本产品开发、关联开发团队，协同资源落地。 任职资格 1、计算机相关专业 2、2年以上银行或金融机构相关工作经验，具备有头部股份行零售经验者优先 3、有计算机、大数据、AI、交互等知识储备，有过平台、数字化、互联网产品经理、运营等相关经验优先 4、有用户思维、同理心、较强学习能力，沟通协调能力较好，能主动积极思考并承担团队相关工作，能接受一定工作压力和强度
