## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司法人客户中员工个人保险需求的服务与跟进；
- 进行项目策划、小群体和个人营销推动及服务；
- 通过线上、线下方式结合运作客户活动，提高客户满意度。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，年龄35岁以下，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历，有2年及以上销售经验优先；
- 热爱销售工作，有一定销售经验或具备企事业单位、医疗、金融等相关领域工作经验优先；
- 有强烈的团队意识，参与团队共同作业；
- 性格外向、有较好的沟通能力，具备勤奋努力、抗压耐力、责任担当的性格；
- 擅长学习、善于思考，乐于奋斗。
