## Job description

岗位职责
- 分行零售信贷自营业务经营管理，推动自营整体业务发放达成、中收益贷款发放达成
- 分行自营队伍招聘及队伍管理
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，及其他领导交办事项 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验要求
- 熟悉银行信贷相关产品，有3年以上营销推动经验，有一线业务及团队管理经验者优先；

### 能力要求
- 具备优秀的业务推动统筹、团队沟通和跨部门协调能力，熟练使用办公软件；
