## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本机构预约业务的远程处理，渠道人员作业指导、评价追踪回访和投诉处理工作
- 负责所在门店到店客户的接待、业务办理指引、渠道作业指导、业务处理、客户情绪安抚
- 负责完成在门店环节的公司品牌宣传、业务推荐、保单作业规则宣导等服务销售支持类工作
- 负责所在机构的业务档案归档接收工作、整理、寄送工作
- 负责所在门店的硬件和软件的实物管理
- 负责理赔远程作业支持工作
- 可自行选择渠道方提供的保单作业，并按要求完成
- 其他因公司需要安排的相关工作 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有10年以上理赔综合门店服务作业岗工作经验， 2.熟悉办公软件-Office软件-EXCEL，
