## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机；
- 掌握政、农招标信息，制作标书，参与竞标；
- 提高农业保险中标区域承保率；
- 管控业务品质；
- 农网建设及农网团队管理；
- 负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性；
- 农商险业务需求调研、计提及业务拓展；
- 农网人员业务培训和指导，推动农网人员做好农险协办工作和农商险业务拓展，包括但不限于农险组织、宣传、承保、查勘及相关资料的收集等；
- 线上化推广，推动农网人员利用创保网APP等移动端工具开展协办工作，按照承保理赔要求将资料上传至指定系统，提高承保、理赔线上化率；
- 负责处理突发性情况，如农户上诉、上访时的维稳工作，同业恶意投诉、抹黑的问题处理等； 任职资格
- 全日制大专及以上学历，外聘、资源型人才可放宽要求；
- 农学类专业、有政府从政、公关背景，党员优先；
- 分公司规定的其他标准。
