## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责自主获客，与客户建立长期、稳定、良好关系；
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历；
- 零售信贷、普惠、对公工作经验≥1年，或有消费金融公司自营拓客经验≥1年，或销售工作经验≥1年；
- 具备小微企业、商圈、产业链等资源，行业销冠最佳；
- 具有违法记录或行业不良记录的禁入。
