## Job description

岗位职责
- 追踪、检查、督导公司制订的各种培训制度和管理规定在机构的落实
- 协助部门经理制订并追踪执行本机构培训工作计划和预算
- 定期整理分析制作培训运作绩效报告
- 配合总部要求开展客户经理和银行销售人员培训 任职资格 1、全日制统招大专以上学历2、沟通能力、协调及组织能力强 3、有相关从业经验者优先
