## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹汇总催清收相关业务的催收策略，并根据业务数据表现，定期检视策略流程，储备各类风险情况下的催收策略内容。
- 对日常各类催收过程中的业绩、指标、数据进行分析与支持，形成分析报告、总结分析结论，供业务部门领导决策。
- 对部门内部各类催收数据进行收集与清理，完成各类风险指标、催收指标模型的搭建。
- 根据业务需要，对委外、诉讼、内催团队开展上述工作的支持与赋能，督导与促进团队业绩提升。
- 负责维护可视化报表平台，协助部门各催收管理团队进行日常策略与数据分析的支持工作。
- 其他各类领导交办事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、统计、数学、计算机专业优先；
- 熟悉信贷催收流程，有银行或互联网信贷公司催清收部门、资产保全部门工作经验者优先；
- 工作认真负责，善于沟通，具有良好的抗压能力；
- 具有较好的内外沟通，协调组织能力。
