## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与制定和修订委外催收机构合作相关的管理制度、流程及操作指引，保证委外管理工作顺畅开展；
- 负责委外催收机构的维护与日常业务对接，包括机构准入退出、协议管理、分案退案、案件调整等；
- 负责委外催收机构的数据统计与绩效督导，包括清收业绩统计、分析，远程督导、现场督导等；
- 负责优化催收系统，提升委外催收管理效率；
- 其他领导交办的事项。 任职资格 1) 本科及以上学历，金融、法律、统计专业优先； 2) 3年以上金融机构委外催收管理、国内知名委外公司催收管理经验者优先； 3) 具备较强的沟通表达能力，较好的逻辑分析能力，工作中能充分发挥主观能动性，擅于思考，具有较高的内外沟通，协调公关能力，并有一定的抗压能力； 4) 学习欲望强，对数字敏感，能熟练使用EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公自动化软件的进阶功能。
