## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合业务部门进行业务开拓，协调服务供应商设计服务方案，重大项目及招投标项目的活化方案支持；
- 完成健康直付权益的配送与分发，配合产品说明会及权益激活；
- 负责活化推动，促进健康直付消费；
- 负责现场收单、接受客户咨询、入企活动等工作；
- 维护客户关系，解决权益使用问题，确保客户满意度，及时反馈客户需求与信息等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 普通话清晰流利，具有亲和力，有良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通技巧；
- 具有良好的服务意识，高度的责任心，良好的学习能力与情绪管理能力；
- 具备良好抗压能力，适应能力强；
- 有同业经验优先、有医学背景优先。
