## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立并执行采购数据统计体系，定期收集、清洗、整合分散在各处的采购数据，确保数据真实、准确、口径统一。
- 编制高质量的采购监督报告（月报/季报/专项报告），通过可视化图表和精炼文字，直接向管理层清晰呈现采购全景现状、关键指标和核心问题。
- 在数据分析和日常监控中，敏锐识别价格异常、流程漏洞、供应商风险等潜在问题，进行初步研判和预警，不等出事才说话。
- 基于数据和洞察，提出优化采购流程、提升效率和规避风险的可行性建议。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学、管理学、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 2、精通Excel，会用SQL、Python或Tableau/Power BI等BI工具加分。 3、3年以上采购、数据分析、运营管理等相关经验，熟悉采购流程者优先。 4、极强的逻辑思维和报告呈现能力，敏锐的风险嗅觉。 5、细心、客观、有主见，能在非强管控的角色下，主动推动工作并拿到结果。
