## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

1，统筹获客策略，对接各渠道总部及机构负责人，对接寿险商保渠道的C端客户资源，设计健康服务权益的转化路径。

### 推动客户从权益激活到服务使用，再到二次转化的全链路运营 2，面向F端总部，收集年度权益需求，完成产品匹配与推介促成，面向机构端，推动属地化销售落地 3，拓展政府/企业客户，推动直销业务落地 4，为各机构定制商保业务拓展方案，配合渠道完成客户触达、转化与落单 5，跟进渠道合作项目的执行与数据复盘，沉淀可复制的标准化流程 任职资格 任职要求

1，具备3年以上保险渠道对接、客户运营或商务拓展经验,。 2，熟悉商保渠道的客户经营逻辑与业务场景，有政府/企业直销经验者优先。 3，具备独立的方案设计能力与跨团队协调能力。
