## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责分析和追踪理赔供应商服务品质达成情况，负责制定可有效牵引交付质量的方案等；2、负责理赔外包队伍管理，包括但不限于进场、离场、绩效方案等；3、参与部门预算编制工作，包括协同跟进年度预算目标，负责定期跟进预算执行情况，并提出管控意见。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，保险类、统计类等相关专业；2、具备队伍管理、预算管理相关经验；3、较强的学习能力、语言表达与沟通能力；4、能和团队建立良好的沟通，主动管理意识强，有服务团队精神。
