## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品定价与模型落地
- 负责团财产品费率厘定、定价模型搭建与回溯，支撑项目报价，推进定价工具落地及存量费率优化。

### 风险评估与管控分析
- 开展团财业务风险量化研究，搭建核保风险模型，完善价费匹配规则，输出风险管控建议。

### 经营与预算管理
- 开展团财经营复盘、结果预测与成本预警，协助编制追踪费用预算，监控业务质量。

### 数据经营与决策赋能
- 完成客群画像与经营数据分析，输出精算报告，为业务经营决策提供数据支撑。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学统计类、精算类等专业，且持有中国/北美/英国等准精算师相关证书；
- 具备扎实的数理功底，具备一定的统计、数据挖掘工具编程经验；
- 良好的沟通协同、逻辑思维能力及抗压能力；
- 拥有保险、数据分析、精算相关知名企业经历者优先。
