## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责市场开拓，制定团队业务发展规划，达成团队的销售任务；
- 组织团队成员合规、有序地开展各项工作，完成业务尽职调查、业务报审及贷后管理等工作，具有风险识别与防控意识；
- 负责团队建设、统筹管理、人才培养和内外部协调沟通，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上银行相关工作经验；
- 较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险合规意识强，无违法违纪行为。
