## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责理财业务指标推动，对接理财推动团队，承接业务指标达成；
- 对接支行及团队，提供产品培训，激励方案等推动支持；
- 实施理财业务KPI的指标规划，追踪，达成情况归因分析及指标检测，配合完成分行整体指标；
- 完成领导下达的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有相关推动相关经验优先；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力；
- 目标感强，有恒心，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
