## Job description

岗位职责

### 領導模型&数据團隊 全面负责通用型信用评分、专有或定制化信用风险、欺诈、催收等风险计量模型的全生命周期管理，包括但不限于
- 模型设计与开发（如Logistic回归、XGBoost、LightGBM、深度学习等）、模型验证与回溯测试（Backtesting）、模型文档化（Model Documentation）、模型上线部署支持与监控、模型性能持续监控与迭代优化、建立并完善模型治理框架，确保符合监管要求； 支持数据分析，理解、挖掘不同信贷提供商的风险癖好及客群画像，配合产品经理对相关评分、数据产品做推荐。
- 面对多个来源的海量数据，使用大数据技术实现数据收集、数据清洗、数据验证、特征工程、数据洞察等工作，支持业务发展
- 记录模型“技术手册”、配置和模型开发注意事项。配合内审、外审及监管检查，提供完整的模型证据链。
- 帮助销售团队和运营团队更好地理解模型结果，帮助解决涉及模型或信用评分的相关问题 任职资格
- 计算机、商业、统计、数学、信息技术、工程等专业碩士或以上学历, 8年以上工作經驗
- 熟悉信用评分模型开发经验，对特征选择方法、数据建模过程有深入理解， 有消费信贷、信用卡建模经验，或人行征信报告特征工程建模经验者优先
- 熟悉预测分析全流程，包括数据验证、模型诊断、模型部署和模型监控
- 熟练使用Python、SAS中至少一种统计分析软件，掌握SQL 编程
- 良好的项目管理技能
- 暂时需要人选自带香港工作身份（签证） 6、逻辑思维清晰，沟通能力强； 有责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神，有良好的计划和执行能力 7, 具备良好的英语,中文（普通话）书面和口头沟通能力，广东话流利者优先。
