## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责理赔家庭医生服务业务承接，包括业务搭建、业务流程制定等；梳理和搭建理赔家庭医生服务平台的功能和服务能力，降低理赔率，提升用户使用体验；
- 负责与内外部团队（保司侧、医生侧等）沟通协调，确保按照运营服务标准交付，监控服务质量并提出优化方向；
- 负责根据业务需求提出产品优化需求，并能够与产研人员顺畅沟通； 3. 负责客户运营相关的文档管理，包括产品介绍资料、需求分析、用户手册等；
- 精通运营数据分析，结合受众人群的服务偏好及行为数据的检测、跟踪、分析，实现服务差异运营策略，提升营销投产。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，保险、医学相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上大型互联网金融平台/健康管理领域运营经验优先；熟悉保险运作逻辑，有产品运营、服务运营经验优先。 3. 具备独立解决问题的能力，能应对运营挑战。 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力和市场洞察力。
