## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建、维护本地政府、企业关系，在与政府、企业接触中挖掘政、农业务商机及团体业务拓展；
- 拓展及维护好机构团体业务，做好业务出单，承保管理等工作；
- 搭建好农网建设，提高农业保险中标区域承保率；
- 管控业务品质；
- 负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，专业不限；
- 工作认真负责，有较强的服务意识；
- 性格开朗，吃苦耐劳；
- 有一定的政企关系。
