## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓并维护企业客户资源和现有合作渠道，挖掘团体健康险需求；
- 根据客户需求定制健康保险解决方案（如团体医疗险、补充医疗、健康管理等）；
- 协调内部资源（产品、核保、运营、理赔）推动项目落地；
- 完成年度总保费收入、新保保费等关键业绩指标（KPI)；
- 分析市场趋势与竞品动态，提出产品优化建议；
- 组织客户宣讲、培训及售后服务支持。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、医学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2.2年以上保险行业销售或客户服务经验，有健康险或团体险经验者优先； 3.熟练使用PPT、Excel等办公软件，具备良好的数据呈现能力； 4.优秀的沟通协调能力与客户谈判技巧，结果导向； 5.具备团队协作意识，能与跨部门高效配合。
