## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责结合市场情况、全行战略及资产负债配置规划等要求，制定存款量价平衡管理策略、目标及推动规划。
- 负责组织开展全行存款预测、跟踪督导，制定管控策略，开展考评，确保全行负债质量满足内外部管理要求。
- 负责对全行存款业务发展进行定期数据分析，完成相关分析报表和报告，对存款量价管理、负债组合策略提出优化建议。
- 负责存款相关指标设计和数据模型建设。结合全行存款管理重点，设计相关数据指标和模型，丰富存款数字化管理抓手。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3-5年工作经验，硕士研究生学历、有银行资产负债管理经历者优先。
- 具备较强文字撰写能力、数据分析能力，能熟练运用各类办公软件。
- 具备优秀的学习能力及沟通、协作能力，责任心强，能够承受较强的工作压力。
