## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照银行发展战略和目标，负责制定普惠团队发展规划、团队建设；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织团队开展营销工作，内外部协调沟通，带领团队完成目标任务；
- 负责完成团队各项行为、培训、业绩、质量管理等，持续提升团队人员效能；
- 严格执行业务流程和管理办法，负责团队各项合规管理，控制操作风险，确保授信业务资产质量，符合相关政策、法规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上普惠或对公业务营销经验及1年以上的普惠或对公团队管理经验；
- 具有小微企业客户渠道或资源，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；具有跨界、重要行业或者科技业务经验、业务资源特别丰富者优先；
- 具备大局观和管理意识，积极进取、抗压力强；具备较强的合规意识及风险控制能力，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
