## Job description

岗位职责
- 医疗资源拓展，包括医院、医生、健康产品；
- 医疗服务产品销售推动、数据分析追踪、医健收入达成；
- 服务产品的制度优化梳理、服务手册制作宣传、客户运营服务等；
- 领导交代的其他内勤职能。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先；
- 熟悉保险尤其是健康险产品形态，具备项目经验者或业务实操经验优先；
- 具备营销推广思维，熟悉产品变现过程；
- 会使用做图工具、具备讲演能力；
- 善于发现问题解决问题，逻辑能力强，工作积极主动，协调能力强，具备优秀的团队合作精神。
