## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责普惠贷款业务开拓和客户经营；
- 负责落实贷前调查和贷后工作；
- 落实贷款、合规及风险的管理要求，确保业务的合法合规；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有1 年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识与态度；
- 较强的市场营销能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
