## Job description

岗位职责
- 洞察一线服务经理的诉求，制定在远程银行服务中提效及提服务质量的方案；
- 为远程服务队伍打造AI助手及AI分身工具，并能结合到队伍作业平台和管理平台中，产生实际的服务效率和效果的提升；
- 平台功能推广，效果监测、现场支持，包含组织培训、数据埋点以及数据监测，以及效能分析，现场问题解决； 任职资格

### 学历与经验
- 金融、经济、计算机、大数据等相关专业本科及以上学历。

### 专业技能
- 3年以上B端平台产品经验，1年以上AI赋能服务/销售类产品经验；优秀的数据分析能力，市场调研能力，产品策划能力，项目管理能力，熟悉研发流程；

### 通用技能
- 优秀的沟通协调能力；良好的团队协作能力；优秀的问题解决能力；

### 其他
- 具备创新意识和市场敏锐度；
