## Job description

### 岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下
- 负责达成客群团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养通过有效的活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和效能。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具有3年及以上营销经验，熟悉各种金融产品相关业务；
- 有较强的学习能力，在规定时间内通过客群经理资质认证；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，有较强的事心和进取精神，无不良记录 ；
- 有相关行业工作经验或科技背景优先；
- 符合总分行其它管理要求。
