## Job description

岗位职责 1、疑难咨询案件处理；2、投诉倾向客户拦截；3、客户投诉问题核实/调查/回复/结案；4、权限范围处理方案制定；5、风险案件上报； 6、领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1.

### 任职资格

法学门类相关专业，本科以上学历，有1-3年咨诉服务岗工作经验。 2.

### 能力要求

需具备一定的语言能力/执行力/应变能力/学习能力。
