## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责用户侧和产品侧的数据采集、整理与分析，建立完整的用户画像体系，深入挖掘用户特征、偏好及行为规律。
- 协助构建用户行为分析模型，通过漏斗分析、路径分析、留存率分析等方式，揭示用户触达、转化、流失的关键节点及其影响因素。
- 分析用户全生命周期（获取、激活、留存、召回、流失）的表现，挖掘用户增长潜力，优化用户运营策略。
- 支持产品迭代，评估新功能上线效果，设计用户增长与转化的核心KPI指标体系，输出分析报告。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、计算机科学等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上大型互联网或金融科技企业数据分析经验，熟悉漏斗分析、用户分群、路径分析、AB实验等方法，具备优秀的商业嗅觉和逻辑推理能力。 3、具备良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，思维敏捷，执行力强，能在快节奏环境中高效完成任务。
