## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责城市更新项目开发报批报建业务的计划、实施与推进；
- 负责协调公司各部门及政府相关部门，推动开发报批工作的开展；
- 负责相关申报文件的准备、报批和审核跟踪工作；
- 负责对外关系的建立与维护。 任职资格
- 房地产相关专业，本科以上学历；
- 有成功项目专规（立项）申报经验，熟悉城市更新报建政策及流程；
- 学习能力强，性格开朗，有一定公文写作能力；
- 负责对外关系的建立与维护
