## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成公司下达的区域经营计划和利润指标；
- 开发所辖业务区域内大中型物流企业、商用车厂商经销商、协会媒体等客户和渠道资源；
- 负责从项目立项、资料收集、项目评估到合同签订过程的执行，负责此阶段公司内、外部流程的推进及管理；
- 协助资产经理完成存量客户的管理、租金管理和客户巡视工作，包括协助对承租客户、租赁项目及租赁物件信息的持续收集；
- 协助并参与风险资产处置，包括配合逾期租金催收、风险资产处置等，承担风险资产责任计提坏帐准备冲减当期利润；
- 完成领导交付的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先（汽车、市场营销、金融、管理、物流等专业优先）；
- 三年以上的工作经验，融资租赁公司、厂商销售公司、商用车汽车金融公司、银行销售等工作背景；
- 财务基础较好，具备融资租赁、项目投资及财务相关行业背景知识；
- 具有较强的客户需求分析判断能力和独立解决客户问题能力，能够通过全面的客户关系管理，培养、建立客户的忠诚度；
- 具有较强的自我管理能力、抗压能力、团队协调与合作能力；
- 能适应长期出差的工作状态。
