## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓客户并维护客户，建立长期、稳定、良好的客户关系。
- 负责向客户宣导消费金融业务规划及相关产品政，做好客户服务相关工作。
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成创利和KPI指标、达成交叉销售业务目标；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有个贷销售经历或个贷资源者优先；
- 具有违法记录或行业不良记录的禁入。
