## Job description

岗位职责
- 落实分公司欺诈风险识别、计量、评估、监测流程控制；
- 就欺诈风险线索事件开展反欺诈风险调查，落实风险处置；
- 根据监管单位、总部工作要求及分公司风险管理需要，开展反欺诈风险排查；
- 提供反欺诈培训、经验交流；建立并落实内部评价考核机制；
- 对欺诈案件、欺诈风险、年度工作落实分析报告；
- 完成监管及公司要求的其他反保险欺诈风险管理工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，法律、保险、金融、经济、数据统计等专业；
- 具有较强制度合规审查能力、沟通协调能力、归纳思维能力、信息收集能力、推动能力和监控能力，再学习能力；
- 熟悉兴业监管规则，公司业务制度、流程，准确把握合规审核中发现的问题，具有较强问题分析技能；
- 认同保险行业，认同平安企业文化。
