## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与协助对外部政策、行业竞争格局、标杆企业、公司需求等信息收集、跟踪、提炼
- 负责部门系统工具功能设计、输出产品原型等规划设计图
- 对接公司内部相关部门和联系沟通外部供应商，把握项目质量，按需实现和按时上线
- 跟踪系统运营，分析用户行为及反馈和答疑，保障产品的正常运行使用
- 上级领导交办其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 有过2年以上的系统/产品设计或落地经验；了解产品设计或产品运营，注重用户体验
- 具备项目管理能力，能完成跨部门、跨组织的沟通协调工作
- 有toB产品、特别是风险系统工具或监管政策研究类系统经验者优先；
- 能熟练使用Axure等产品设计工具
