## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责综拓渠道的拓展与维护，制定并执行渠道推动策略，达成业务目标；
- 统筹团队日常管理，包括人员招聘、培训、绩效考核、梯队建设及日常业务追踪；
- 协调内外部资源，推动渠道合作项目落地，提升业务转化效率。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、2年及以上渠道管理或团队管理工作经验，熟悉保险/金融行业渠道运营模式； 3、具备良好的业务规划、资源整合和团队领导能力；目标感强，能配合业务重点节点与阶段段性重点工作； 4、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本的数据分析与汇报能力； 5、具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无不良从业纪录。
