## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责营业部各项管理和业务推动工作，制定工作计划和实施，达成部门KPI指标；
- 负责营业部团队建设，确保业务团队稳健发展；
- 执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，防范各类风险；
- 对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督；
- 协助咨询顾问处理内部关系、客户关系，及公司安排的其他事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上相关从业经历，2年以上营销管理工作经验； 3、同条线调岗最近一次考核前70%，类别晋升现岗位满1年且连续两年排名前40%。
