## Job description

岗位职责

### 平台投放策略制定
- 负责北大医疗健康管理中心在抖音、小红书等新兴社交平台的数字广告投放策略制定，以医疗健康为核心方向，精准触达目标用户群体。管理带领团队为公司业务获客及ROI负责。

### 投放执行
- 负责根据策略亲自执行运营抖音等平台的投放，结合医疗行业特性，制定符合平台算法规则及用户行为习惯的投放计划，优化广告素材、定向策略及预算分配，提升转化率及ROI。

### 数据监控与效果优化
- 运用数据分析工具实时监控投放效果，定期输出数据报告，针对CTR、CVR、CPC等核心指标提出优化方案。 3、合规与风险管控：严格把控医疗广告内容合规性，熟悉《医疗广告管理办法》及平台审核规则，确保投放内容合法合规，规避舆情风险。

### 资源整合及联动
- 联整合线上线下资源，推动数字投放与品牌活动、用户运营的深度结合。关注行业趋势与竞品动态，提供医疗健康领域的前沿投放洞察。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、医学或公共卫生相关专业优先。

### 经验要求
- 5年以上数字广告投放经验，3年以上医疗健康领域投放经验，熟悉抖音、小红书等平台玩法，有成功案例（需提供数据证明）。
- 具有抖音、小红书的行业资源优先。
- 具有较佳的团队协作、跨部门沟通能力，具有结果意识，具有较好的抗压能力，能够应对困难积极提出解决方案。
