## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面统筹部门管理与业务发展；
- 制定并推进业务发展规划；
- 协同总行条线，保障政策高效执行 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，具备金融、经济、计算机、数据等相关背景；

### 经验
- 具备5年以上银行对公/零售业务管理经验；2年以上对公客户经理工作经验，具备优秀的管理能力、业务能力；过往业绩表现良好，无违规违纪行为；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行产品，具备较强的市场营销及综合分析能力；

### 素质要求
- 具有良好的思想品德及职业道德；具有较强的亲和力、责任心、抗压能力、沟通能力；纪律及合规意识强；无不良记录。
